SALES AND MARKETING FOR HOME CARE Los Angeles, CA
This position coordinates and performs duties of marketing and communicating the role of the agency to the community in support of the marketing department. Including: physician’s and physician groups, hospitals, community associations, senior groups, ethnic clubs and groups, and skilled nursing and independent living facilities.
Description: • Responsible for achieving sales goals, qualify leads and convert to clients, increase revenues and execute sales strategies • Maintain relationships with existing and potential referral sources. • Be personable, persistent with proven success in outside sales • Use prospecting skills to secure new business opportunities • Must have excellent management skills and exceptional customer service skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Ability to resolve problems and set priorities. • Communicates effectively with all team members. • Retains positive, open communication with the agency management.
Requirements: • Working knowledge and understanding of the functional organizational make-up of a Home Care/ Home Health Agency. • Healthcare marketing experience, Home Health/ Home Care marketing experience is preferable. • Unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record
