Skills Required:
** Dependable and organized individual with at least 1-2 years experience as Secretary or Administrative Assistant;
** Good in answering phone calls, taking down notes on customers’ inquiries, to represent a good impression for our Company;
** Good computer skills (Word, Excel and Outlook), Internet, Internet Marketing like Angie’s List, Yelp, Home Advisor, Google, Craigslist, etc.;
** Full knowledge of QuickBooks a must;
** Property Management background is an advantage but not required;
** Ability to multitask
